Not exactly an object download place but rather a place to download utilities for all three Sims games for PC! This site includes official utilities released by Maxis/EA Games and 3rd-parties. My favorite utility catergories are object editors. From what it looks like, the site has been changed the last time I was there so don't expect the site to run smoothly.
