GCN Memory Card Saves Uploaded?

I will be posting various Sims game saves for the GCN (Nintendo GameCube) so this thread will address how I was able to get the saves from the memory card to my computer and vise-versa.

There are two ways:

• USB Memory Adaptor 64M
  
• Wii Homebrew - Gamecube Saver or GCMM.
