According to a french site called SimCookie, the next stuff pack is rumored to be called "Garden Style Stuff" and will have a release date in February.

This is only a rumor, nothing has been revealed officially, and this information can change.

This would be for The Sims 3. They are no longer making EPs for TS2, and I assume the next (and probably final) release for TS2 will be a complete collection. Although that's just my speculation, as I have no evidence to back that up
